Описание

Responsibilities:
  • Receipt, review, registration, and release of design, construction, and as-built documentation.
  • Monitoring versions, statuses, review, and approval deadlines for documents.
  • Working with electronic document management systems (Aconex, Documentum, SharePoint, SmartPlant Foundation, etc.)
  • Maintaining archive structures, maintaining registers, and generating reports.
  • Interacting with contractors, engineers, QA/QC, and the client.
  • Preparing weekly and monthly document status reports for project management.
Requirements:
  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar position.
  • Strong knowledge of document management processes and EDMS platforms.
  • Advanced English proficiency.
