Описание

Responsibilities:

  • Drafting of basic legal documents and agreements;
  • Involvement in legal due diligence of various corporate entities;
  • Communication with clients;
  • Assisting clients with corporate establishment, registration, transformation, governance and liquidation;
  • Drafting legal memoranda on broad range of topics arising under Kazakhstan laws;
  • Providing direct assistance to senior lawyers on matters arising in the course of day-to-day provision of legal services;
  • Communication with various state companies and authorities on client matters.

Qualifications:

  • 2-3 years of legal advising experience;
  • Higher legal education;
  • Fluent English.
