Responsibilities:

• Manage export/import contracts (register in bank, fix registration number, etc.)
• Manage incoming funds from export customers
• Manage new or change suppliers bank account process
• Manage Bank reconciliation for OK’s accounts
• Manage payment documents for Netting transactions (Commercial invoices edit, scan, print out, etc.)
• Vouchers entry in GEVS if required
• Reports preparation upon request from team leader

Requirements:

• 2~3 years working experience in Finance (Internet banking, Bank reconciliation, Bank statements monitoring, export/import contracts managing, etc.)
• English level - Intermediate
• Proficiency in MS Office;
• Result oriented, responsible, accurate, punctual, stress resistance;
• Good communication skills (including mail correspondence in English)
• Ability to work under pressure, handle multiple tasks and adhere to deadlines
