Описание

Мы — современный фуд-завод в Алматы, работающий в сегменте B2B и B2C.
Наши партнёры и клиенты — Яндекс Лавка, Wolt, Glovo, Kaspi Bank, Royal Petrol, Sinoil, Qazaq Oil, Basilic, Magnum Chef, Magnum GO, ВкусВилл, ТОЙМАРТ и другие.
В 2025 году мы запускаем новый онлайн-сервис доставки готовых рационов питания (аналог GrowFood) и ищем сильного Digital-маркетолога, который поможет вывести проект на рынок и усилит продвижение бренда фуд-завода.
🎯 Основные задачи
1. Продвижение фуд-завода (основной B2B-бизнес)
  • Разработка и реализация digital-стратегии для продвижения продукции завода.
  • Создание и ведение онлайн-кампаний (Google, Meta, LinkedIn, Kaspi и др.).
  • Контент-маркетинг и корпоративный PR: сайт, соцсети, партнёрские публикации.
  • Поддержка репутации бренда и формирование имиджа надёжного производителя.
2. Новый проект — сервис рационов питания (B2C)
  • Построение digital-маркетинга с нуля (performance, SMM, influencer marketing).
  • Разработка стратегии бренда и коммуникации с клиентом (CJM, tone of voice).
  • Запуск рекламных кампаний и оптимизация ключевых метрик: CPL, CAC, LTV, ROMI.
  • Управление креативом, контентом и продвижением в соцсетях и у блогеров.
  • Анализ результатов, A/B-тестирование гипотез, оптимизация бюджета.
3. Общие направления
  • Работа с подрядчиками и агентствами (SMM, SEO, PR, дизайн).
  • Подготовка аналитики, маркетинговых отчётов и медиапланов.
  • Управление маркетинговым бюджетом и оценка эффективности кампаний.
💡 Требования
  • Опыт работы от 3 лет в digital-маркетинге (желательно FMCG, FoodTech или e-commerce).
  • Уверенное понимание performance-маркетинга, SMM, аналитики и контент-стратегий.
  • Знание метрик CAC, ROMI, ROI, LTV, умение считать эффективность.
  • Опыт работы с инструментами: Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, , Яндекс Direct.
  • Навыки создания контента, креативов и написания ТЗ дизайнерам.
  • Готовность выстраивать процессы “с нуля”, тестировать и масштабировать.

  • Опыт запуска брендов или сервисов “с нуля”.
  • Навыки работы с PR, инфлюенсерами, агентствами.
  • Понимание food- или FMCG-рынка Казахстана.
