About the position:

KT&G Global Kazakhstan is looking for a Tax Specialist to join our Finance and Accounting team in Almaty Kazakhstan.This role directly safeguards the company’s financial integrity. Ensures timely and accurate tax reporting, reduce risks through smart analysis, and help the business stay compliant and efficient.

What You'll Do:

• Timely preparation and submission of all types of tax reports (Forms 100, 101.04, 200, 300, 700, 701, etc.).
• Monitoring compliance with tax legislation in the organization's activities.
• Interaction with tax authorities, participation in audits, provision of necessary documents.
• Analysis of tax risks and proposal of optimization solutions.
• Maintaining a tax calendar and monitoring tax payment deadlines.
• Advising employees on taxation issues.
• Ensuring correct reflection of taxes in accounting records.
• Preparing reports for management on tax burden and legislative changes.
• Interact with the accounting department, legal department, HR department, and external auditors.

Working conditions

• This position is full time regular job and is supposed to 8.30 am – 5.30 pm.
• Work location is Almaty city and can have business trip if necessary.
• The organization structure may change depending on the growth of the KT&G Business, and the position and duties may be raised accordingly.
