Functional Responsibilities:
Preparing and issuing necessary certificates and transcripts for students;
Receiving and processing online applications;
Resetting portal passwords and reissuing student ID cards;
Managing document workflow and working with information systems (BPM, PMS, SIS, SR);
Responding to inquiries received via phone and email;
Receiving applicants’ documents from the Admission Committee;
Providing suggestions for improving the service process.
Requirements:
Higher education (Bachelor’s or postgraduate degree);
Proficiency in Kazakh, Russian, and English (at least Intermediate level);
Minimum 1 year of work experience;
Proficiency in MS Office, Google Apps, and information systems;
Strong written and verbal communication skills;
Organizational and interpersonal skills;
Stress resistance, responsibility, and the ability to communicate effectively in a multicultural environment.
Conditions:
Employment under the Labor Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM, lunch break 12:30 PM – 1:30 PM;
