Functional responsibilities:
Providing consultations to students and parents
Assisting students in implementing university portal activities
Working on process automation
Solving problems regarding university portal system
Controlling the workflow of the Student Service Center (SSC) assistants, giving recommendations on further improvement
Delivering any necessary information to the students promptly
Considering requests and answering advisors' questions, conducting monthly seminars
Requirements:

Employment under the Labor Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM, lunch break 12:30 PM – 1:30 PM;
