We’re looking for a Creative Producer to lead high-profile client projects requiring deep expertise in live-action filmed content. You will ensure creative vision translates into feasible, profitable, and high-quality execution — balancing client ambitions with production realities. Sitting at the heart of the Creative Agency, you’ll collaborate closely with Business Partnerships and SMM to deliver end-to-end solutions for global brands. Responsibilities
- Own live-action projects from pitch to delivery: scoping, budgeting, resourcing, and ensuring delivery against contract.
- Build and lead production teams for live-action projects — including filming, on-set crew, and post-production — overseeing recruitment, collaboration, and performance management.
- Supervise all stages of production, from development and pre-visualization through shoots, post-production, and final delivery.
- Analyse the market and competitors to identify and test new formats and storytelling approaches.
- Lead cross-functional workflows with BPMs and SMMs, ensuring smooth handovers and project stage ownership.
- Provide mentorship to junior producers and coordinators, fostering a pipeline of creative talent.
- Partner with internal teams to align on cost allocations, reporting, and project profitability. Implement process discipline (Asana / approval flows) to avoid past inefficiencies.
- Ensure compliance with safety, legal, and location-specific requirements for shoots.
Requirements
- 5+ years experience producing live-action content in an agency, production company, or studio environment.
- Demonstrated client-facing experience: comfortable leading calls, managing expectations, and handling escalations.
- Proven track record managing end-to-end productions — shipping multi-stakeholder projects on time and on budget.
- Strategic thinking with the ability to plan, develop, and implement long-term content strategies.
- Strong knowledge of production pipelines (development → pre-production → shoot → post-production → delivery).
- Expertise in scoping, scheduling, and change-order management. Budgeting skills and experience in resource allocation aligned with business objectives.
- Excellent planning and organizational skills, with ability to run multiple shoots in parallel.
- Process optimisation abilities: capable of identifying and resolving bottlenecks to improve efficiency.
- Strong cross-functional coordination across creative, production, post-production, SMM, and vendors.
- Deep understanding of target audience interests and needs, with knowledge of current trends.
- Excellent analytical skills with experience in data analysis and using metrics to assess content and process effectiveness.
- Ability to balance technical feasibility and creative ambition under tight timelines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication; crisp client storytelling and escalation handling.
- Experience establishing or upholding process/QA standards and tools across teams.
- Ability to mentor and raise the bar for other producers; contribution to hiring and onboarding.
- Fluency working with remote, international teams and multiple time zones.
- Fluent English; Second language is a plus.
- Familiarity with Asana (or similar) for structured planning, status, and reporting cadence.
