Duties:

• Make formatting of FS, MLP and other reports (Reporting)
• Process incoming/outgoing correspondence
• Set up internal meetings, meeting with clients; take a minutes
• Prepare expense reports
• Fill out time reports (Timesheet report)
• Assist with preparation of Agreements from draft to "ready to sign"
• Use the Firm's information/reporting systems
• Assist to all professional staff
• Archiving

Requirements:

• Higher education
• Must be fluent in spoken and written English and Russian (Kazakh language skills an advantage)
• Excellent knowledge of Windows programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Capable in Microsoft Word and Excel (PowerPoint an advantage)
• Be a highly responsible person with attention to detail, and a strong desire to succeed
• Pleasant manner and style
• Be a good team member with strong interpersonal skills
• Good communication skills
• Feeling for confidentiality
• Stress resistance
