AIFC Authority is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Manager of Property to join our team. This role is essential in managing tenant relations, optimizing the use of AIFC premises, and ensuring smooth operational support across all property-related functions. The successful candidate will have a strong background in property management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to handle multiple responsibilities in a dynamic environment.
Key responsibilities:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing tenants.
Negotiate and conclude lease contracts with AIFC participants and partners in a timely and reliable manner.
Collaborate with legal and finance teams to finalize and execute lease documents accurately.
Efficiently manage available office spaces, ensuring readiness for new tenants.
Foster positive relationships with tenants to address concerns and facilitate lease renewals.
Conduct business correspondence with tenants and third parties within the scope of responsibility.
Participate in projects related to AIFC Complex infrastructure development.
Oversee rent collection, manage late payments, and handle operating expenses.
Coordinate maintenance activities of AIFC premises, including liaising with the landlord and managing physical security, HVAC, and water systems.
Ensure effective planning and allocation of AIFC premises, including access and parking, for internal and third-party use, along with proper contractual arrangements.
Provide administrative support for AIFC and third-party events held on the premises.
Initiate procurement of necessary materials and services to support operations.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Economics, Finance, International Relations, or Management.
At least 3 years of experience in property management, administration, sales, finance, or related fields.
Sound knowledge of Kazakh, Russian, and English.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and PowerPoint.
Strong time management and organizational skills.
Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
High level of responsibility and reliability.
