We are a dynamic and growing organization with operations across Central Asia, seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accountant to support our Kazakhstan and Kyrgyzstan entities. The ideal candidate will have solid experience in accounting processes, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Kazakhstan Entity:
Close prepayments in all systems, ensuring collection of hardcopies of acts and delivery notes.
Perform accounts payable reconciliations between the company and local suppliers, as well as between 1C and BPCS systems.
Follow up on, collect, scan, upload to 1C, and archive customers' hardcopy documentation (acts, delivery notes).
Sign export documentation at the tax department as needed.
Issue Intercompany invoices for cost recharges in BPCS.
Kazakhstan & Kyrgyzstan Entities:
Post Intercompany and external import transactions (invoices and customs declarations) in BPCS and 1C.
Requirements:
Higher education in Finance, Accounting, or Economics.
Minimum 3 years of accounting experience.
Proficiency in 1C – required.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) – required.
Experience with Outlook – optional.
Knowledge of BPCS – optional.
Language proficiency: Russian, English, Kazakh.
