Responsibilities:
Drafting, reviewing, and legal analysis of contracts, agreements, and internal documents
Legal support of transactions with counterparties (sale and purchase, lease, supply, services, foreign trade)
Maintaining and monitoring the contract database (relevance, deadlines, execution tracking)
Due diligence of counterparties (compliance: financial stability, business reputation)
Support of corporate procedures (registration, reorganization, amendments to incorporation documents)
Representing the company in courts, government authorities, and in relations with third parties
Monitoring legislative changes and informing management of key updates
Providing legal advice to internal departments
Ensuring compliance with labor, corporate, tax, and other applicable legislation
Pre-trial dispute resolution and claim-related work
Participation in negotiations, tenders, and internal reconciliation commissions
Development and implementation of contract templates and standard legal documents
Requirements:
Higher legal education
3–5 years of experience as a corporate lawyer, preferably in B2B or corporate law
Solid knowledge of civil, corporate, labor, and tax law
Strong skills in contract work, legal risk assessment, and business correspondence
Confident PC user (MS Office, legal information systems)
English — Upper Intermediate or higher (contract work, business correspondence)
Kazakh — fluent spoken level
