Greet visitors and direct them to appropriate staff;
- Answer questions from visitors, and provide information as required;
- Manage main door entrance access for visitors and security control;
- Maintain neat and tidy appearance of reception and waiting area;
- Manage meeting room scheduling and bookings;
- Responsible for updating personnel list/telephone directory;
- Ensure filling attendance sheet by outsourced staff;
- Manage schedules of 2 office drivers;
