Responsibilities:
-Analyse points of ML/DS implemetation;
-Develop predictive models;
-Develop prescriptive analysis;
-Maintain and manage current models and solutions;
-Model solutions on historical data;
-Communicate with stakeholders and translate it to solutions to implement.

Requirements

Education:
-Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, or related field;
-5+ years of hands-on experience as a Data Scientist, Machine Learning Engineer, or Quantitative Analyst.

Technical Skills:
-Strong knowledge of Python Experience with machine learning algorithms;
-Proficiency in SQL for complex queries and aggregations;
-Strong grasp of statistics & probability (hypothesis testing, confidence intervals, distributions);
-Understanding of model evaluation and validation techniques;
-Experience working with large-scale structured data;
-Ability to write clean, maintainable, and production-ready code;
-Built, validated, and deployed ML models in real-world environments;
-Experience with A/B testing or experimentation frameworks.

Soft Skills:
-Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills;
-Ability to translate complex technical work into clear insights for business stakeholders;
-Strong communication and collaboration skills, comfortable working in cross-functional teams.

Nice to Have:
-Experience in travel, e-commerce, or marketplace platforms;
-Knowledge of deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch);
-Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and ML pipelines (SageMaker, MLflow, Airflow);
-Experience with ClickHouse or other high-performance analytical databases;
-Experience with LLMs / NLP for text analytics or customer interaction data;
-Contribution to open-source projects or strong Kaggle/competition track record;
-Experience with big data tools (Spark, Databricks, or equivalent).
