Key Responsibilities:
Lead financial modeling and analysis for infrastructure projects, including cash flow forecasting, risk assessment, and sensitivity analysis.Lead/support business valuation of assets based on income and/or market approach.Develop and present financing strategies and recommendations to clients, including debt and equity structuring.Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities in the infrastructure sector.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including legal, technical, and operational experts, to ensure comprehensive project evaluations.Manage client relationships, providing ongoing support and guidance throughout the project lifecycle.Mentor and train junior team members, fostering their professional development and enhancing team capabilities.Contribute to business development efforts, including proposal writing and client presentations.Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.4-6 years of experience in project finance consulting, valuation. Experience in quasi-state sector is a plus.Strong financial modeling skills and proficiency in Excel; experience with financial software is a plus.Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.Strong communication and presentation skills, with experience presenting to senior stakeholders.Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Knowledge of infrastructure markets and financing structures is highly desirable.
