Компания Галерея Новостроек работает на рынке Алматы более 5-ти лет, мы предоставляет аутсорс услуги строительным компаниям по маркетинговой упаковке и реализации их жилых комплексов под ключ. По состоянию на 2024 год наша рыночная доля по Алматы достигает 25% по сегменту реализации новостроек, а наша команда состоит из более чем 300 талантливых сотрудников!

В связи с замещением сотрудника, мы открываем вакансию на позицию Проджект-менеджера уровня Senior!

В Ваши обязанности будет входить:

  • ведение проектов: от сбора информации до финальной сдачи материалов

  • применение базовых принципов и инструментов проектного управления: этапность, декомпозиция задач, контроль сроков и ресурсов

  • постановка задач команде и подрядчикам, контроль сроков и качества выполнения

  • составление календарного плана проекта и контроль его выполнения

  • ведение и обновление рабочих таблиц, чек-листов, реестров, контроль версий файлов

  • организация и проведение рабочих встреч, фиксация договорённостей

  • оперативная работа с входящими задачами, адаптация плана при смене приоритетов

  • работа в Bitrix24: постановка задач, контроль сроков, обновление статусов, трекинг загрузки команды

  • подготовка коротких и понятных отчётов по ходу проекта

  • проверка итоговых материалов на соответствие брифу и базовое качество перед сдачей

  • работа с технической документацией: планировки, реестры, брифы

Мы ожидаем от Вас:

  • умение выстраивать календарные планы и следить за их реализацией

  • опыт работы с документацией: брифы, таблицы, презентации

  • базовые навыки работы в Excel/Google Sheets

  • способность быстро вникать в задачи и процессы

  • навык критически смотреть на задачу: уточнять, если что-то непонятно, проверять логику и связи
