Job Description:

As a Petrophysicist, you will combine logging data from multiple downhole sensors with sample data to determine hydrocarbon production capacity, lithology and fluid saturation of the reservoir to ultimately help us optimize its production. You will incorporate data from multiple wells and additional sensors to consider acoustics, spectroscopy and magnetic resonance to enhance overall accuracy or build a clearer picture of the reservoir by understanding its permeability and mechanical properties.

Responsibilities:

Provide in-house and on-site client support for petrophysical analysis software Prepare and conduct client training courses Document client enhancements and issues to make tangible improvements Work with sales teams to plan and execute technical sales demonstrations Master petrophysical analysis software to enhance our understanding of the subsurface

Requirements

Bachelor’s, Master’s or PhD in relevant discipline Technically curious and determined to improve approaches and methods of discovery Ambitious and looking to take on responsibility Able to effectively contribute to a team Good written and verbal communication Focused on quality
