Ensures the Efficient running of the Personnel, Training & Development Programm
Establishes the essential Training Programs in close conjunction with other
operational and non operational Division/Department Heads.
Maintains employer/employee relations throughout the Hotel.
Maintains and updates House Rules and regulations for all staff.
Ensures staff hand book is always updated
Ensures each staff member has a file for reference with relevant documents referring
to the employee concerned.
Ensures that all information regarding staff is kept CONFIDENTIAL.
Recruits and also processes resignations, terminations and dismissals of all staff.
Maintains and updates staff facilities and benefits.
Supervises staff recreational programs.
Maintains and Boosts staff morale.
Keeps the Executive Committe updated on any issues concerning staffing.
Ensures that all personnel issues conform to the local laws and regulations of the
Country.
Is responsible for departmental and inter departmental co-ordination
