Receiving and sending correspondence (mail, couriers)
Transport arrangement and hotel booking
Answering and forwarding phone calls
Greeting and registering office visitors, escorting guests
Performing induction for visitors and new employees
Daily administrative support and assistance at the reception
Ordering stationery and office supplies, monitoring stock levels
Maintaining supplier database, liaising with vendors for purchases
Supporting the organization of internal meetings and events
Preparing access passes, coordinating with security and business center services
Handling incoming/outgoing invoices and basic document control
Creating reports or logs (visitors, calls, supply usage, etc.)
Scanning, copying, and archiving documents
Maintaining cleanliness at the reception area and ensuring overall office tidiness
Monitoring office equipment and coordinating with maintenance providers
Performing other tasks assigned by the manager
Location: Astana
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 09:00 – 18:00
Candidate Location: Local candidates only (must be based in Astana)
Experience: Previous reception/administrative experience is preferred, but not mandatory. Fresh graduated ladies can be considered.
Key Traits: Willingness to learn, proactive mindset
Technical Skills: Confident user of PC and MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
Language Requirements: English – minimum intermediate level and higher; please assess spoken English fluency, Kazakh - fluent, Russian - fluent
