We are seeking Quality Control Systems Manager (QCSM) to support a U.S. Government-funded Design-Build contract for the construction of a new dormitory facility at the Bitimger Training Area in Almaty, Kazakhstan.
This project includes:
Design and construction of a new 2-story steel-framed dormitory Demolition of existing concrete paving Site grading and associated worksThis opportunity is contingent upon contract award.
Key responsibilities:
Implement and manage the Quality Control Program in accordance with U.S. Government construction standards Conduct and document the Three Phases of Quality Control: Preparatory, Initial, and Follow-up Coordinate with project teams to ensure compliance with contract specifications and safety standards Maintain detailed records of inspections, tests, and corrective actions Serve as the primary point of contact for all quality-related matters on siteQualifications to be successful in the role:
Degree in Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality control for similar construction projects Strong knowledge of U.S. Government construction quality standards and procedures Successfully completed the USACE Quality Control Manager (QCM) training Fluent in English with strong verbal and written communication skillsWhy Planate?
