Digital & Technology Consulting will allow you to help organisations transform their digital and technology capabilities and solve their most critical challenges. We focus on building technology-enabled operating models, planning their new enterprise architecture into a differentiating capability system that helps them win in the market, leveraging digital analytics to enhance the customer experience and optimising business operations, and using modern management techniques such as robotic process automation and next-generation sourcing strategies to help our clients get fit for growth. While located mostly in Kazakhstan, we are operating across Eurasia (Central Asia, Caucasus and Mongolia).

Role & Responsibilities:As a consultant, you’ll work as part of a team of problem solvers with extensive consulting and industry experience, helping our clients solve their complex business issues from strategy to execution. Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Deliver exceptional work and establish effective working relationships directly with clients in diverse environments across Eurasia
• Work for cross-functional internal and client teams, across business and IT, to develop and deliver end-to-end with an emphasis on implementation together with solution providers
• Develop yourself personally; take a keen interest in regional and global trends in current technologies to help shape our clients’ thinking and thus our success in the market.
• Work with colleagues from across our Eurasia offices on client work and internal initiatives, as well as with international teams where appropriate
• Keep up to date with local and national business and economic issues
• Manage projects (scope, schedule, cost, team management) including tracing the project progress and effectiveness and reporting internally to supervisors and externally to clients
• Proactively assist in the management of several clients, while reporting to Managers and above
• Train and lead staff
• Be actively involved in business development activities to help identify and research opportunities for new/existing clients
• Continue to develop internal relationships and your PwC brand

Preferred Knowledge/Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in STEM disciplines (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics). A Master’s degree is preferable.
• Professional certifications are an advantage (TOGAF, ITIL, COBIT, SAFe, etc.).
• Years of experience in technology / digital environment:​​​​​​​
  • Senior Associate: 4+ years
• Basic coding skills
• English – Advanced (both oral and written)
• Willingness to travel

• Demonstrate considerable knowledge of and/or success in professional services roles helping companies address multi-layer, complex client issues in support of enterprise architecture and technology strategies.
• Demonstrate considerable knowledge of the end-to-end value chain of IT applications and infrastructure.
• Demonstrate a thorough understanding of emerging technology trends and commercial offerings supporting those trends.
