Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, prioritizing trust and transparency. Negotiation & Contracting: Lead complex negotiations, pricing discussions, and contract finalizations with cultural sensitivity. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, supply chain, and product development. CRM Management: Utilize tools like Salesforce to track sales activities, forecast revenue, and analyze performance data.Key Values

Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of the food & packaging industry. Sales Expertise: Proven track record in B2B sales, lead generation, and deal closure. Negotiation Skills: Experience handling complex pricing models and contracts. Communication: Clear, concise, and persuasive verbal and written communication. Account Management: Ability to nurture and expand client relationships. Technical Aptitude: Quick to grasp technical product details and translate them for clients. 3–5+ years of B2B sales experience in packaging, FMCG, or related sectors. Familiarity with supply chain dynamics and how packaging integrates into them. Proficiency in CRM tools such as Salesforce. Understanding of global and regional packaging trends, especially in sustainability Fluency in English and Russian, both in writing and speaking, Kazakh laguage knowledge is considered as an advantage. Ability to interpret sales data and identify growth opportunities. Ability to understand international logistics and cross-border sales. Familiarity with Proc CE and FM CE portfolios. Ability to lead and coordinate multi-stakeholder projects. Efficient in managing schedules, documentation, and team operations. Strong interpersonal skills to work effectively across teams.
