Responsibility
Act as a key person to develop and execute business development strategies for exploring new business opportunity and maximize business development prospect and company’s market penetration.Achieve goals and targets assigned by the companySupport daily business development enquiries from commercial perspective and respond to RFQ/RFPs.Negotiate with large prospects and accounts strategically to close business. Liaise with internal teams in headquarters to ensure the solution meet customer requirement. Establish business development model and support agreement for new customers.Proactively establish and maintain excellent relationship with potential and existing customers as well as to provide world-class customer service to strengthen customer loyalty.Provide report and formulate sales pipeline for each customer account and respective region.Provide support including service performance review, contract renewal negotiation, process improvement etc.Requirements
Bachelor's degree or aboveMinimum 3 years of experience in IT & Telecom market and Enterprise BusinessGood knowledge in telecom products and services, such as MPLS, IPLS, IP Transit, SD-WAN, ICT and cloud solutions.Good PC knowledge (word, excel and power point)Excellent teamwork skills, hardworking, self-motived and able to work under pressureWell communications, positive personality and aggressive attitude.Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Russian and English. Chinese ability would be an advantage.
