We expect you to have:

• Expert-level Python development experience in backend-heavy environments.
• Strong experience using LLMs via APIs and prompt engineering (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic).
• Deep understanding of cloud architecture, distributed systems, and deployment best practices.
• Proven skills in database design, optimization, and handling large datasets.
• Startup or R&D mindset: independent, curious, fast-moving, and pragmatic.
• Excellent communication skills and fluent English (B2+ or higher).
• Nice to have: Full-stack capability with experience in React or modern frontend frameworks.
