Кто нам нужен?

Ищем Middle Support Engineer, который разберётся в причинах сбоев, настроит сопровождение и обеспечит бесперебойную работу наших информационных систем. Если ты понимаешь, как работают Openshift, Kubernetes, ElasticSearch/OpenSearch, умеешь анализировать данные и любишь искать суть проблемы — мы ждём тебя в команду!

Чем предстоит заниматься?

  • Обновлять и сопровождать информационные системы
  • Анализировать сбои и устранять их причины
  • Работать с клиентскими запросами по сопровождаемым системам
  • Оптимизировать работу сервисов и участвовать в их масштабировании
  • Взаимодействовать с командой (10 человек) для решения технических вопросов

Какие навыки нужны?

✅ Опыт работы с Openshift/Kubernetes (Pods, Deployments, Services, Ingress)
✅ Знание ElasticSearch/OpenSearch (поиск, индексация, работа с логами)
✅ Понимание микросервисной архитектуры и способов взаимодействия сервисов
✅ Хорошие навыки SQL (написание запросов, работа с индексами, оптимизация)
✅ Умение анализировать логи и быстро находить корень проблемы
