Provide high-quality customer service
Identify customer needs and provide information about products
Monitor and achieve sales department goals on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis
Maintain cleanliness and order in the store
Consult with customers, handle objections and complaints
Work with POS systems and cash registers
Suggest ways to improve sales (e.g., planning marketing activities, modifying store design)
Inform customers about any special offers or discounts provided by the store
Requirements:
Experience in sales of watch and jewelry brands is must
English language proficiency at Intermediate level
Willingness to work and grow within an international company
