A vacancy for a Key Account Manager for the OOH channel has opened at the Ferrero Kazakhstan head office, which includes 9 countries in Central Asia and the Caucasus.
Out of Home is an entirely new business direction for us in the region, with a focus on development.
We are looking for an ambitious, bold, and creative manager who can lead projects from idea to implementation, structuring all necessary processes and uniting cross-functions. It is important to us that the candidate does not confuse reporting with results, is not afraid to take responsibility, and proposes bold, well-thought-out ideas.
Working in a team with the Alternative Channel Manager, you will develop, modernize, and implement the sales development strategy in the OOH channel in 8 countries, each with different consumption cultures.
In this role, you will build and nurture long-term relationships with key clients and distributors in the OOH sector. Planning and achieving sales budgets and operational results in line with the company's strategic goals will be part of your daily routine. Implementing agreements with OOH clients and initiating cross-functional projects within the company will also be key responsibilities.
Additionally, you will support and modernize existing processes related to the OOH channel, always on the lookout for new solutions and tools to drive sales growth. Travel across 8 countries in the region will be necessary to maintain and discover new growth opportunities. Analyzing performance metrics, structuring data, and drawing conclusions to identify growth opportunities will be crucial.
To succeed in this role, you should have experience in the FMCG sector in positions such as KAM, KAE, BM, JBM, or TM.
Proficiency in MS Office is essential, and you should understand processes in logistics, finance, category management, trade marketing, and distributor operations. Leading cross-functional interactions is something you excel at, and your analytical thinking helps you focus on results. Meeting deadlines is second nature to you, and your communication, presentation, and negotiation skills are top-notch.
Additionally, you should have an intermediate or higher level of English.
