Haileybury Astana is seeking an Admissions Assistant to provide administrative support to the Admissions team and serve as a contact center operator. The role involves answering incoming calls from prospective parents, responding to inquiries, addressing customer service concerns, and providing general information.
Type of contract: Temporary (Maternity cover position)

Main Responsibilities:
- Provides administrative support to ensure the efficient operation of the Admissions department.
- Manages admissions documents, including printing, bundling, scanning, and filing as required.
- Prepares reports, enrollment records, and transfer certificates for new, current, and departing students.
- Maintains accurate tracking and archiving of paper documents in ISAMS.
- Ensures the accuracy of information in the National Pupil Database (NOBD) as required by government regulations.
- Assembles welcome kits for visitors.
- Translates documents and communications between English, Russian, and Kazakh as needed.
- Performs other duties as assigned
- Assists with reception-related inquiries when necessary.
- Performs any other duties as required

Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree and at least 1 year of administrative experience.
- Proficiency in English, Russian, and Kazakh.
- Strong customer service skills and knowledge of service principles.
- High proficiency in computer programs and data entry.
- Excellent communication, listening, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills, initiative, and ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility and adaptability in handling various situations and interactions.
- Experience working with ICT systems and databases.
