Responsibilities:
Manage projects related to the automation of tax processes based on the SAP platform;
Develop methodologies for automating tax accounting and reporting in SAP, including adaptation of solutions to the specific needs of the client's business;
Assess and optimize tax processes in line with current business needs and legal requirements;
Lead a team of consultants, provide training and share expertise with junior colleagues;
Prepare project documentation, methodological materials, standards, and recommendations for clients regarding tax automation;
Collaborate with key stakeholders (including client management and technical teams) to ensure successful project delivery;
Represent the company in client meetings, participate in negotiations, and prepare proposals for process automation improvements.
Requirements:
At least 3 years of experience in SAP consulting with a focus on tax automation and taxation;
Knowledge and hands-on experience with SAP;
Experience in developing methodological approaches, standards, and processes for tax automation in SAP;
Knowledge of the tax legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
Higher education in economics, finance, applied mathematics, information technology, or related disciplines;
Strong client-facing skills, including experience in preparing and delivering presentations;
English proficiency at Intermediate level or higher;
Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
