Описание

Обязанности:
  • Supervision of day-to-day accounting operations performed by Share service center
  • Handles journal entries transactions related to local taxes.
  • Preparation and submission of financial and tax reports to government authorities
  • Implementation of effective internal controls environment
  • Providing general accounting support
  • Month-end and year-end closing according to the schedule
  • Ensuring the fulfillment of the Company's tax obligations to the state budget, accumulative pension and insurance funds, suppliers, customers and creditors, including banks, as well as the fulfillment of business and labor contracts.
  • Resolving issues related to the financial, economic, production and economic activities of the partnership.
  • Monitoring the status, movement and targeted use of funds.
  • Monitoring the partners' debt.
  • Work to optimize the structure of accounts receivable, reducing the level of overdue accounts receivable and uncollectible debt
  • Submission of tax reports - 100,300,870,701,700,101.01,101.02,101.04, Excise.
  • Submission of reports to the National Bank of Kazakhstan - 1PB, 10PB, PR-I, PR-K.
  • Participation in submitting monthly reports to the head office.
  • Control over the maintenance of production records of the company.
  • Import/Export
  • Passing audit checks (Big Four)
  • Experience in Axapta and SAP is preferable
Требования:
  • University degree in accounting and/or finance
  • Work experience as Chief Accountant min 3 years
  • Work experience in a branch of a foreign company
  • Knowledge of International Accounting Standards and tax legislation
  • Proficient in accounting software tools & Microsoft Excel
  • Fluency in English language is an advantage
