The Opportunity This position works out of our Karaganda location in the EPD Division.What You’ll Do Personnel management in the assigned territory;Organization of the work of the field force, control of the work of representatives;Maintaining effective relations between the company, representatives of the healthcare sector and pharmacy chains;Regular monitoring of the market, keeping records of KPI;Planning and organization of promotional activities (conferences, round tables and projects).Required Qualifications:Higher medical or pharmaceutical education;Work experience of 2+ years as a regional manager;Fluency in Russian;Knowledge of the specifics of the region;Ability to organize and plan time;Experience in personnel management;Integrity, leadership qualities, initiative, responsibility;
