Main job duties and responsibilities:
∙ Responsible for delivering all aspects of revenue management in order to achieve the budgeted objectives for total revenue generating points of sale;
∙ Deliver effective pricing and ensure optimal inventory for all revenue streams and market segments;
∙ Pricing, yielding and revenue optimization;
∙ Generate revenue forecasts and budgets;
∙ Understand market dynamics and monitor competitor pricing to grow revenue and RevPAR;
∙ Analyze and report Revenue Management data;
∙ Manage and provide training and work assignments to Reservations Team members.
POSITION KEY REQUIREMENTS:
∙ Hospitality background in Reservations or Front Office departments;
∙ Strategic, analytical and commercial mindset;
∙ Solid knowledge of Opera PMS or relevant PMS;
∙ Fluent English both written and spoken;
∙ Preferably to be experienced in Hotel Reservation Systems, Revenue Management Systems and/or Distribution / Channel Management Systems.
