What you'll do:

• Lead all aspects of market research projects, from identifying customer needs and defining target audiences to analyzing data and presenting actionable insights.
• Collaborate with internal teams (sales, shopping centers, communications, etc.) and external agencies to ensure research aligns with business goals.
• Develop research hypotheses, propose methodologies, and manage the tender process for selecting contractors.
• Oversee data collection, analysis, and reporting, transforming raw data into compelling stories and recommendations for internal clients.
• Conduct independent presentations on research findings, providing strategic conclusions to inform business decisions.
• Conduct desk research, trend analysis, and market reviews to identify opportunities and inform product development.
• Contribute to brand building by providing data-driven insights on brand concept and product advantages.
• Analyze business performance data at both micro and macro levels, delivering insights and strategic recommendations to internal stakeholders.
• Manage research budgets, negotiate with contractors, and ensure effective collaboration.

What you'll need:

• Bachelor's degree.
• 3+ years of experience in marketing research and analysis.
• Strong understanding of quantitative research methods; qualitative research experience is a plus.
• Proven project management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Excellent English communication skills (Upper-Intermediate+).
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and online survey programming tools.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
