We’re currently seeking a Manager to join our Supply Chain Management Consulting team in Astana or Almaty. In this dynamic role, you’ll leverage your skills to manage projects, design solutions, and support the growth of our practice in the Caucasus and Central Asia region.
As our Supply Chain Management Project Manager, you will:
- Project and Team Management: Lead multiple projects and manage the project team.
- Solution Design: Design solutions for project tasks related to the development and optimization of the Supply Chain Management function.
- Business Development: Participate in business development activities for the Caucasus & Central Asia region, including tenders, presentations, and proposals.
- Quality Control: Ensure quality control of all documents prepared by your team.
- Risk Management: Ensure compliance with and enforcement of established risk management requirements.
You’re the perfect match for this role if you:
- Hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from a leading university, preferably in economics or a technical field.
- Have a minimum of 3 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, inventory management, and logistics, with Big 4 or consulting firm experience (including ERP system integrators such as SAP, 1C, Oracle) being a plus.
- Demonstrate a deep understanding of the end-to-end procurement process, category-based procurement management, and inventory management.
- Have experience in automating supply chain processes, procurement procedures, and developing methodologies for implementing ERP systems.
- Possess knowledge of procurement regulations across various sectors/industries.
- Are proficient in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
- Have an advanced level (C1) of written and spoken Russian and English.
- Are proactive, with excellent communication skills and the ability to lead projects and teams with minimal supervision.
Will be an advantage if you also have:
- Experience in logistics and inventory management in manufacturing companies.
- CIPS/CSCP/CPIM/ISM certifications.
