RESPONSIBILITIES:
•Welcome guests and visitors of our Bank
•Answer all incoming calls and handle caller’s inquiries
•Re-direct calls as appropriate, take and deliver messages
•Handle incoming/outgoing correspondence (courier, Kazpost, FASTI, Documentolog, etc.)
•Book conference rooms, assist in planning and preparation of meetings and conference telephone calls
•Coordinate corporate Taxi services
•Arrange Business trips (booking of hotels and tickets, helping with visas)
•Order catering services
•Order office stationery and office supplies
•Register and handle complaints
•Translate internal documents of the Bank from English into Kazakh / Russian and vice versa
•Coordinate external translation agency’s work – performance, quality and payments
•Coordinate external Translation agency’s work – performance, quality and payments
•Manage Bank records, liaise with archiving services vendor
•Other tasks of the Administrative division
REQUIREMENTS:
•Higher education
•Work experience as a translator/ office manager not less than 1 year
•Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures
•Knowledge of computers and relevant software applications
•Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
•Keyboard skills
•Understanding of relevant legislation, policies and procedures
•Knowledge of English at advanced level
