Shop Quality Manager/Mechanical Workshop Manager/HDV Maintenance Manager

Work schedule: 28/28 rotation
Location: Tengiz

Requirements and responsibilities:

• Experience in maintenance and repair of (heavy duty vehicles) trucks, heavy equipment, lifting machinery, and company vehicles.
• Ensure all vehicles, trucks, cranes, and heavy equipment are maintained in a safe and operational condition.
• Experience working with heavy-duty American/Canadian Kenworth and Howo trucks.
• Ensure compliance with company safety standards, maintenance procedures, and Kazakhstan regulations.
• Inspect and approve equipment and vehicles for service readiness.
• Coordinate workshop activities to support uninterrupted operations across all departments
