Required Qualification:

5 years of experience

Proficiency in English, Russian / Kazakh languages

Job responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with local and international regulations, standards, and codes
• Review and interpret normative legal acts and apply them to project requirements
• Prepare and maintain regulatory documentation, permits, and approvals
• Verify that project documentation (procedures, drawings, dossiers) meets compliance requirements
• Identify regulatory risks and propose mitigation actions
• Monitor updates in legislation and ensure project alignment
• Support QA/QC team in compliance-related documentation
• Participate in certification and approval process
