We are currently looking for two female Clerks on a B2B basis to support the Recruitment Team.
Requirements:
Intermediate or higher level of English communication skills
Good communication and coordination abilities
Basic computer skills and knowledge of MS Office
Ability to work with documents and candidate records
Experience in recruitment support or administration will be an advantage
Main Responsibilities:
Support recruitment activities and daily coordination
Contact candidates by phone and explain job opportunities and hourly rates
Collect and verify required documents (ID, certificates, etc.)
Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and recruiters
Maintain candidate databases, recruitment records, and status updates
Provide administrative support to the recruitment team
