Key Responsibilities:
- Source and identify top talent through various channels including LinkedIn, job boards, social media, and other online platforms.
- Pre-screen and engage with potential candidates to determine their fit for specific roles.
- Work closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand job requirements and candidate profiles.
- Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings.
- Keep track of sourcing efforts and report on progress.
Qualifications:
- At least 1-2 years of proven experience as a Sourcer / Recruiter.
- Familiarity with sourcing tools, techniques, and platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Stack Overflow, etc.).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- A proactive and self-driven approach to sourcing.
