General Manager / Complex Manager

📍 Uralsk, Kazakhstan

A new hospitality and entertainment complex in Uralsk is looking for an experienced General Manager to lead operations across several areas: restaurant, SPA, pool zone, hotel and event programming.

This role requires a strong hospitality professional with deep F&B expertise, operational leadership and the ability to create a vibrant guest experience.

Key responsibilities

• Full operational management of the complex
• Restaurant and F&B management including P&L and food cost control
• Launch and development of restaurant concepts (menu, wine & cocktail list, service standards)
• Development of entertainment and event programs (pool parties, DJ sets, themed evenings)
• Management of creative and operational teams
• Ensuring high service standards and guest satisfaction
• Financial control, KPI management and cost optimization

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience managing a restaurant or F&B department with full P&L responsibility
• Experience launching or developing restaurant concepts
• International hospitality experience (Turkey, Egypt or similar resort destinations) is an advantage
• Understanding of all-inclusive hotel operations
• Experience managing multicultural teams
• Fluent Russian and Kazakh, conversational English
• Willingness to relocate to Uralsk, Kazakhstan
