Wood (trading locally as WOOD KSS LLP) is currently recruiting for Receptionist to join our team in Atyrau, (rotational 14/14).

Responsibilities:

• arrange records management and document control within the Company
• control incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and phone calls
• provide transport as per requests of employees of office, book and provide transport for meetings and seeing offs in an airport, railway station
• control and issue visitor badges, and also control issued number of badges
• work with taxi and mail delivery services
