Responsibilities
Collaborate with presales and delivery teams to ensure seamless project transitions
Engage with government and public sector organizations to identify opportunities
Leverage your professional network to uncover new entry points
Utilize project management tools such as Jira and Confluence for planning and tracking
Manage crises and resolve project challenges efficiently
Conduct in-depth industry and analytical research to inform project strategies
Analyze public sector budgeting and procurement processes
Set clear tasks and objectives aligned with client value
Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
Demonstrate mental flexibility in adapting to changing project requirements
Identify and articulate client needs and value propositions
Support the development of proposals and presentations
Ensure compliance with public sector standards and requirements
Facilitate knowledge sharing across teams
Monitor project progress and report on key metrics
Requirements
3+ years of experience in IT sales/production
Background in working with government and quasi-government organizations
Strong network for identifying entry points in public sector projects
Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira and Confluence
Expertise in crisis management and problem resolution
Strong analytical and industry analysis skills
Understanding of public sector budgeting and procurement processes
Capability to set tasks and identify client value
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Mental flexibility and adaptability
English at an upper-intermediate level or higher
Knowledge of the Kazakh language would be a plus
