Requirements:

• University Degree
• Fluent English is must
• Previous experience on similar position will be an advantage
• Extensive computer skills
• Ability to operate in multitasking environment

Responsibilities:

• Answering and distributing phone calls
• Arranging courier services
• Meeting and greeting visitors/clients
• Sorting and distributing post
• Responsible for car coordinating and booking
• Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material
• Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access
• Keep updating office employees chart
• Order badges and business cards
