Responsibilities:

• Perform inspection and acceptance of all incoming materials on site
• Verify materials against project specifications, purchase orders, and approved technical requirements
• Ensure all received materials comply with applicable standards and quality requirements
• Review and verify material documentation, including Mill Test Certificates (MTC), datasheets, and compliance certificates
• Maintain accurate records of material receiving, inspection reports, and QA/QC documentation
• Identify and report non-conforming materials and coordinate with relevant departments for resolution
• Ensure proper storage and handling of materials in accordance with project procedures
• Liaise with procurement, warehouse, and construction teams regarding material status and quality issues

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in QA/QC Material Receiving Inspection or a similar role in oil & gas or construction projects
• Strong knowledge of material standards, specifications, and inspection procedures
• Proven experience in reviewing and verifying material documentation (MTC, datasheets, certificates, etc.)
• High attention to detail and strong analytical skills
• Experience in preparing QA/QC reports and maintaining quality records
• High level of English proficiency (mandatory)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced project environment and meet deadlines
• Strong understanding of quality control processes and material traceability
