Overview:
As a flight operations officer in Business Aviation – you will coordinate ground handling services for foreign aircraft operators and their flight crews' requests for the non-scheduled flights in international airports of Kazakhstan.
Duties, requirements, and conditions:
Flight Operations:
• Accurately recording and rapidly processing customer requests within specified timeframes in accordance with statutory requirements and company policy.
• Processing all ground handling requests for VVIP / VIP / Private / Diplomatic/ Cargo / Ambulance / Ferry Flights / in a timely manner.
• Liasing with aviation authorities, border control and customs to obtain necessary permits for the client.
• Advising and guiding the clients on their flight clearance requirements.
• Following up on flights movement and keeping the clients updated throughout the journey.

General Responsibilities:
• Coordinating specific Flight Crew requests in a timely and efficient manner; and responding with options (when appropriate) to ensure the crews’ needs are met or exceeded;
• Providing transparent information to the management in investigating of complaints or deficiencies relating to the operations department, responding accordingly and promptly, and to provide feedback on issues which arise in the normal course of operation.
• Keeping the flight and fuel registries updated with completed flights.
• Making sure primary documents for services rendered by suppliers were received.
• Assist the finance team in invoice settlement paperwork.
• Protecting organization's value by keeping information confidential. AI usage is prohibited for standard operating procedures, due to confidentiality.
• Undertaking any reasonable duties as specified by the management.
General requirements:
• English level C1 – knowledge of English will be evaluated during an interview
• Recommendation letter from current/previous workplace
• Attention to details, high level of discipline and responsibility (important!), teamwork, stress-resistance, ability to work during the night, .
• Paid probation – 1 month
• Unpaid probation – 24 hours (1 day shift)
