Duties
• Manage and coordinate end-to-end supply chain operations including procurement, logistics, and inventory management.
• Plan and monitor inbound and outbound logistics, ensuring timely delivery of goods.
• Coordinate shipments with suppliers, freight forwarders, and transport companies.
• Track shipments and resolve any logistics or delivery issues.
• Manage documentation related to logistics, transportation, and customs clearance when required.
• Monitor stock levels and ensure timely replenishment to prevent shortages or overstock.
• Prepare purchase orders and follow up with suppliers on order status and delivery schedules.
• Maintain accurate records of inventory movements and logistics activities.
• Analyze supply chain and logistics data to improve efficiency and reduce operational costs.
• Collaborate with internal departments (sales, finance, warehouse) to ensure smooth supply chain operations.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or procurement.
• Knowledge of logistics processes, transportation coordination, and inventory management.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• English proficiency is an advantage.
