What is the Management Trainee Program at L'Oréal? It is an intensive development program for graduates and young professionals. Over the course of a year, you will rotate through various finance functions, receive mentorship from top managers, and master cutting-edge financial management tools.

Your Journey on the Program:

1. Expertise in Commerce and Sales

• Understanding basic principles of L'Oréal Business Economics
• Deep-diving into Central Eurasia sales landscape
• Optimizing and improving G2N (Gross to Net) section and entire P&L (Profit & Loss)
• Learning the fundamentals of docflow, supporting commercial function

2. eCommerce and eRetail

• Applying basic Commerce principles to Online Sales
• Designing price models, contributing both to L'Oréal and its Partners
• Understanding rules of best-in-class product pages creation and brand zones design

3. eActivation

• Deep-diving into online traffic acquisition and its effectiveness KPIs
• Improving knowledge of creatives, that work and catch consumers attention
• Collaborating with marketing team and translate Brand DNA into Sales mechanics

We are looking for you if you have:

• Experience: At least 6 months of professional experience in Finance, Economics, Audit, Management, or STEM fields.
• Languages: Proficiency in English (Upper-Intermediate level and above) for work in an international environment.
• Tech Skills: Advanced MS Office Package skills (especially - Excel) and the ability to quickly master new digital systems.
• Soft Skills: An analytical mindset, good number processing high attention to detail, and a readiness to take on responsibility.
• Mindset: Proactive, communicative, and passionate about growing within the beauty industry.
