We are currently seeking an experienced Foreman for steel storage tank installation works in Karabatan.

Project Scope:
Installation and construction of steel storage tanks, including assembly, alignment, welding coordination, and supervision of site activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate daily site activities related to steel storage tank construction

• Manage and direct construction crews and subcontractors

• Ensure works are executed according to project drawings, specifications, and quality standards

• Monitor progress and report to Site Management

• Ensure compliance with HSE regulations and company safety policies

• Coordinate with QC and HSE teams during inspections and audits

• Control manpower, tools, and materials on site

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Foreman in steel storage tank construction projects (mandatory)

• Strong knowledge of tank erection procedures (API standards knowledge is an advantage)

• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings

• Experience in supervising multicultural work teams

• Good organizational and leadership skills

• Understanding of HSE requirements in industrial construction projects
