We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead a large-scale migration of an existing card product to a new payment network.
This is a full-time, on-the-ground role based in Tashkent. The project involves close coordination with the Bank, Payment Network, Government Project Office, processors, and technology partners. Strong delivery ownership and daily in-person stakeholder engagement are critical for success.
The Project Manager will ensure the program is delivered on time, within scope, and in compliance with regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Own and maintain the integrated project plan and critical milestones,
Coordinate cross-functional workstreams across business, IT, external partners, and government stakeholders,
Facilitate working groups, decision-making forums, and steering committees,
Manage risks, dependencies, and escalation pathways,
Oversee implementation and integration activities across technical and operational teams,
