Responsibilities:

Proven experience in HR-related matters
Strong practical knowledge of the Labour Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan
Ability to advise on employment relations, contracts, internal policies, and disciplinary procedures
Experience in interaction with state authorities and inspections is an advantage
Good verbal and written English
Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment

Requirements:

High University degree in Law.
At least 3 years of professional legal experience in an international company or similar.
Experience in HR.
Practical knowledge of Labour law of RoK.
Good verbal and written English (Upper Intermediate level).
